PRICES
Every artist has a certain factor that determines the price of the artwork. The decisive factor is the degree of recognition of an artist. The more famous and popular the artist is, the higher the market value and the higher the factor. Press articles, publications, exhibitions and awards can increase the level of recognition. The prices for an artist's works never fall. They only go in one direction: upwards.
Generally there are no discounts, sales or other special offers.All prices are stated in Swiss francs (CHF).
The works are available either as unique pieces or in editions of 3 or 9.
FORMATS
The fine art prints are available in 70 x 100 cm or 100 x 140 cm format.
HANDLING
The fine art prints should be handled with care. Only touch with gloves and have professionally framed.
DELIVERY
Pickup: All works can be picked up at the studio in Zurich, Switzerland.
Shipping: We ship fine art prints and books with the Swiss postal service. Works made of wood will not be shipped.
We are not liable for delays in delivery caused by manufacturing companies, producers, third parties or by force majeure. If the delivery is not accepted or picked up by you and returned to us, we will charge you the total transport costs and the additional costs incurred.

DELIVERY COSTS
The delivery costs (packaging and shipping) are:
Fine art prints: Switzerland CHF 100.-, worldwide CHF 150.- Books: Switzerland CHF 10.-, worldwide CHF 25.-
CUSTOMS
When shipping outside of Switzerland, customs duties and taxes may apply. These costs are borne by the recipient.
DAMAGED GOODS
We pack fine art prints in a sturdy cardboard tube, protected by a square sleeve. We are not liable for damage in transit. All claims regarding packages damaged in transit must be made upon receipt of a shipment to the representative of the company delivering the package.
FRAMES
We use the frames from HALBE-Rahmen. The frames can be ordered online. We recommend the following configurations:

RIGHTS
Copyright protection applies this particular piece of artwork. It may be only reporduced within the defined scope and scale of this particular project for which it was intended. This artwork cannot be applied, nor used, for creation of other separate artworks (even partially). For commercial and non-commercial purposes, Ata Bozaci must be notified and involved in the implementation of such projects. For each resale of the work, the artist is to be paid a royalty of 10% of the sales price. In addition, all provisions of relevant Swiss laws may apply.

Jeder Künstler hat einen bestimmten Faktor, der den Preis des Kunstwerks mitbestimmt. Entscheidend ist der Bekanntheitsgrad eines Künstlers. Umso berühmter und beliebter der Künstler ist, umso höher ist der Marktwert und sein Faktor erhöht sich. Presseartikel, Veröffentlichungen, Ausstellungen und Auszeichnungen können den Bekanntheitsgrad steigern. Die Preise für Kunstwerke eines Künstlers fallen nie. Sie gehen nur in eine Richtung: nach oben.
Generell gibt es keine Rabatte, Ausverkäufe oder andere Sonderaktionen. Alle Preise werden in Schweizer Franken (CHF) angegeben.
Die Werke sind entweder als Unikate, 3er oder 9er Editionen erhältlich.
FORMATE
Die Fine-Art-Prints sind im Format 70 x 100 cm oder 100 x 140 cm erhältlich.
HANDHABUNG
Die Fine-Art-Prints sind mit Vorsicht zu behandeln. Nur mit Handschuhen anfassen und fachkundig rahmen lassen.
LIEFERUNG
Abholung: Alle Werke können im Studio in Zürich, Schweiz, abgeholt werden.
Versand: Wir versenden Fine-Art-Prints und Bücher mit der Schweizer Post. Werke aus Holz werden nicht versendet.
Wir haften nicht für Lieferverzögerungen, die durch Herstellerfirmen, Produzenten, Dritte oder durch höhere Gewalt verursacht werden. Wird die Lieferung nicht angenommen oder abgeholt und an uns zurückversendet, stellen wir Ihnen die gesamten Transportkosten und die entstandenen Mehrkosten in Rechnung. ZOLL
Bei Versand ausserhalb der Schweiz können Zollgebühren und Steuern anfallen. Diese Kosten gehen zu Lasten des Empfängers.
BESCHÄDIGTE WARE
Wir verpacken die Fine-Art-Prints in einer stabilen Kartonröhre, geschützt durch eine Vierkanthülse. Wir haften nicht für Transportschäden. Alle Reklamationen bezüglich Transportschäden, müssen beim Empfang der Sendung an den Vertreter des Unternehmens, das das Paket zustellt, gerichtet werden.
RAHMEN
Wir verwenden die Rahmen von HALBE-Rahmen. Die Rahmen können online bestellt werden. Wir empfehlen die folgenden Konfigurationen:

RECHTE
Urheberrecht nur am konkreten Werk. Es kann nur im festgelegten Rahmen reproduziert werden. Keine materiellen Änderungen am Werk. Keine Benützung für andere Werke (auch nicht teilweise). Bei kommerzieller Verwendung des Werkes muss Ata Bozaci benachrichtigt und gegebenenfalls beteiligt werden. Bei jedem Weiterverkauf des Werkes ist dem Künstler eine Lizenzgebühr von 10% des Verkaufspreises zu entrichten. Im weiteren gelangen die Vorschriften der einschlägigen CH-Gesetze zur Anwendung.

PRIX
Chaque artiste a un facteur spécifique qui contribue à déterminer le prix de l'œuvre d'art. Le facteur déterminant est la notoriété de l'artiste. Plus l'artiste est célèbre et populaire, plus sa valeur marchande est élevée et plus son facteur augmente. Les articles de presse, les publications, les expositions et les prix peuvent augmenter la notoriété. Les prix des œuvres d'art d'un artiste ne baissent jamais. Ils ne vont que dans une seule direction : vers le haut.
En général, il n'y a pas de rabais, de soldes ou d'autres actions spéciales.Tous les prix sont indiqués en francs suisses (CHF).
Les œuvres sont disponibles soit en pièces uniques, soit en éditions de 3 ou de 9.
FORMATS
Les Fine-Art-Prints sont disponibles au format 70 x 100 cm ou 100 x 140 cm.
MANIPULATION
Les Fine-Art-Prints doivent être manipulés avec précaution. Ne les manipuler qu'avec des gants et les faire encadrer par un professionnel.
LIVRAISON
Enlèvement : toutes les œuvres peuvent être retirées au studio de Zurich, Suisse.
Expédition : nous envoyons les impressions Fine Art et les livres par la Poste suisse. Les œuvres en bois ne sont pas envoyées.
Nous ne sommes pas responsables des retards de livraison causés par les fabricants, les producteurs, des tiers ou en cas de force majeure. Si la livraison n'est pas acceptée ou si elle est retirée et nous est renvoyée, nous vous facturons la totalité des frais de transport et les frais supplémentaires occasionnés. Les frais de livraison (emballage et envoi) sont les suivants :

DOUANE
En cas d'envoi en dehors de la Suisse, des frais de douane et des taxes peuvent être facturés. Ces frais sont à la charge du destinataire.
MARCHANDISE ENDOMMAGÉE
Nous emballons les tirages Fine Art dans un tube en carton solide, protégé par un manchon carré. Nous ne sommes pas responsables des dommages de transport. Toute réclamation concernant des dommages dus au transport doit être adressée au représentant de l'entreprise qui livre le colis, à la réception de l'envoi.
CADRE
Nous utilisons les cadres de HALBE-Rahmen. Les cadres peuvent être commandés en ligne. Nous recommandons les configurations suivantes :

DROITS
Droit d'auteur uniquement sur l'œuvre concrète. Elle ne peut être reproduite que dans le cadre défini. Aucune modification matérielle de l'œuvre. Pas d'utilisation pour d'autres œuvres (même partielle). En cas d'utilisation commerciale de l'œuvre, Ata Bozaci doit être avertie et, le cas échéant, impliquée. Pour toute revente de l'œuvre, l'artiste doit s'acquitter d'un droit de licence de 10% du prix de vente. En outre, les dispositions de la législation suisse en la matière s'appliquent.
